Event features industry experts Kemal Carr and Lainey Feingold

Crawford Technologies, provider of innovative document solutions that streamline, improve and manage customer communications, is hosting its second annual Customer Communications Virtual Summit on Wednesday, May 5, starting at 10:00 a.m. EST. “Strategies to Thrive Beyond 2021” is a full-day, complimentary event offering highly focused interactive sessions with top industry leaders in customer communications management (CCM), who will share valuable insights and best practices for improving customer experiences, paths to achieving regulatory compliance and strategies for optimizing customer communications.

Organizations across all industries continue to seek the insights, expertise and knowledge related to customer experience, output management and document accessibility that will help them achieve success beyond the current challenging environment. Ernie Crawford, president and CEO of Crawford Technologies, will kick off the event with a welcome and keynote speech that shares his perspective on the future of communications in a post-COVID-19 environment.

The Customer Communications Virtual Summit will focus sessions across three key tracks: Enterprise Output Management, eDelivery & Content Services and Document Accessibility. The expert sessions, technical demos and interactive collaboration opportunities are designed to provide attendees with innovative ideas and practical approaches that address the challenges of managing the customer experience post-pandemic.

The breakout sessions will also give attendees the opportunity to learn more about the topics that interest them from knowledgeable and experienced customer communications industry experts and enterprise leaders, including Kemal Carr, president of Madison Advisors, Lainey Feingold, attorney/author at the Law Offices of Lainey Feingold, Ed Horowitz of OSG Billing Services, Andy Keller of USAA and Brian Lynch of Donnelley Financial Solutions. Crawford Technologies’ technical experts and partners Allyable, BCC Software, BlueCrest, BlueRush and TPGi will also participate in the presentations.

New this year is a virtual exhibit area where attendees can freely access and connect with both industry and Crawford Technologies’ experts in the interactive exhibit booths and through real-time video or chat sessions before, during and after the Summit.
